Grocery Store Tours

Take the stress out of shopping with a personal tour of the grocery store of your choice!  Each tour is personalized to you and your specific needs.  We’ll explore the aisles and cover a variety of topics, from decoding ingredient lists to budget friendly foods.  You’ll learn how to make the most out of your grocery store trips and we’ll leave you with the tools you need to be a healthy shopper.

Kitchen Makeovers

Spend some quality kitchen time with your dietitian coach!  We’ll spend an hour or two going through your fridge and pantry.  We’ll help you better understand what’s really in your food (ingredients and nutrients to look for, etc) and answer your burning nutrition questions.  Additionally, we’ll give you some balanced meal and snack ideas to help you reset your kitchen with healthy options.

Meal Planning Assistance

Meal planning is an important component of healthy eating.  We provide tips and tricks for meal planning in all of our health coaching packages, but this program is simplified if you feel like you aren’t ready or do not need a coach.  We will sit down together for a 1-2 hour “crash course” appointment that will cover all of our best tips and tricks to help you be successful with meal planning.  We’ll talk about how to set up your grocery lists, meal prep, and secret meal planning strategies!  You will leave with the knowledge and resources you need to be successful with whatever goals you have when it comes to eating habits.

Meal-Prep 101

One way to ensure you are able to work real food into a busy lifestyle is to prepare meals ahead of time.  This can be a tricky concept to get used to, which is why we developed Meal Prep 101!  If you sign up for this program, we will set aside 2-4 hours on a weekend to help you meal prep.  We will thoroughly go over our meal prep “guidelines,” and show you how to prepare simple meals and snacks for the entire week.  This program pairs well with a grocery store tour because we can help you pick out foods for your meal prep.  You’ll end the session feeling relaxed and ready to take on the week because your meals will already be prepared!

Group Classes

We offer a variety of group nutrition classes—topics can be requested to meet your needs.  The classes we currently have available include Real Food Reset and Goal Setting for Success.  During our group classes, we go into detail about nutrition-related topics.  All presentations end with a question and answer session.
