- 2 Whole Apples Honeycrisp is the best ;]
- 1 Handful Granola Any kind that you prefer
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter Preferably with no sugar added/natural
- 1-2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
- 1/4th Cup Yogurt For dipping!

Instructions
- Slice apples into wedges or chips and lay evenly on a plate
- Sprinkle with nuts/granola
- Drizzle melted peanut butter over apples/granola
- Top with shredded coconut and serve with a side of yogurt for dipping (optional)
Recipe Notes
Squeeze a lemon over the cut apple slices to keep them from browning!
